Tourism On-line Marketing Series – Introduction

Welcome to the tourism on-line marketing series. For this series, I will be providing you with an action a day for a full 365 days. Each daily action will be short (about 250 – 500 words) and be something that you can do either that day or the next day. The goal of this series is to provide you with quick actionable tasks that you can execute on in a timely manner and realize short term, if not immediate, results.
As we progress through the daily actions, we will move from basic foundational tasks to more advanced items. Initially, the goal will be to get your website set-up and organized in a way that makes the most sense for you to realize positive results from your on-line marketing efforts. Most of the daily actions presented in this series will not require any financial investment, instead we will focus on spending time to execute each task. For many small business owners, investing time is just as valuable and precious as investing cash.
If there are subjects that you would like me to cover as we progress through the series, or if you have a daily action to share, please contact me. The more we can share what we know with tourism businesses around the globe the better the on-line experience will be for those who are searching for tourism experiences in all their myriad forms.
