Going With the Flow, On to La Paz, Mexico

After years of working at jobs that paid the bills but brought no joy, I walked away from corporate life to pursue the only things I’d ever wanted to do: writing, photography, and travel. In 2007, at the age of 54, I backpacked around the world solo for six months. Although not opposed to visiting the most popular tourist destinations, my specialty is discovering off-the-beaten-path, little-known places of great beauty that restore my spirit.
