3 Wicked Clubs In Faro
If you’re looking for an exciting holiday and not planning on seeing much sun, Faro is a great place to find an eclectic mix of clubs and bars and with flights to Faro at great rates now is the perfect time to go. There is a great deal of nightlife in Faro, and the Portuguese sure know how to party… hard! Faro attracts youngsters looking to enjoy a lively atmosphere and to dance from dusk till dawn. Rua do Prior is the place to be, deep in the heart of town. It’s north of the harbour you’ll find the many bars and clubs that start banging out tunes from 10:30pm until the sun comes up.
Below are just three of the many clubs lining the streets of Faro, but these three will hopefully give you an insight and a broad scope into the nightlife in Faro.
1. Millennium III
This club is one of the larger establishments, and features DJs and live performances. It has a grimy warehouse feel to it, and a typical set will hear Latin, Mainstream, Dance, Pop and Rock vibrating the walls inside. The average age group visiting Millennium III is 22 and is a favourite among students. Rumour has it Millennium III isn’t worth going to until at least midnight so you’ll need to pace yourself in the bars!
2. T-Clube
T-Clube is a faro hot spot for both tourists and locals. Like Millennium III, it is a large club, but this sophisticated place is aimed towards the jet setters, the beautiful, rich and trendy. In fact, so popular is this club, you not only have to queue up to get in, but you’ll also see yourself lining up to hit the dance floor. Don’t worry, if dancing isn’t your thing, you can always chill in the garden terrace and sip cocktails, or kick back and relax in the piano bar.
3. Kadoc
Hit this serious club and you’ll find yourself among a staggering 8000 revellers. Kadoc sometimes host massive live shows and is known for its wild, lively atmosphere. Summer parties are also a speciality here, and their foam nights are said to be legendary. Being the largest club in the area – in the whole of the Algarve for that matter – it attracts top DJs such as Eric Morillo and resident DJ Neo. And if you find yourself lost, just look up to the night sky and follow the light beams streaming up from the club.
